Easter is coming. Whip up a batch of unicorn fudge to please everyone with a sweet tooth.
Have you ever tried unicorn fudge? It’s delicious, adorable, and fun to eat. It’s easier to make than traditional fudge, and it comes out so much prettier. You can adjust the recipe to make different colors and add different toppings. Grab your kids or grandkids and start a batch of unicorn fudge. Here is the recipe from DealDash.
white sugar 3 Cups
3⁄4 cup unsalted butter
3⁄4 cup half-and-half
12 ounces (1 bag) white chocolate chips
8 ounces marshmallow crème
Multi-pack of food coloring
Fun sprinkle sof your choice
Grease and spread foil over an 8×8 glass dish.
Heat up the sugar, butter, and half-and-half in a saucepan. Turn the heat to medium and bring the delicious mixture to a boil. Stir very well with a wooden spoon for about 4 minutes.
Stir in the marshmallow crème and chocolate chips. Remove the mixture from the heat. Fold in the marshmallow crème and chocolate chips, stirring well with the wooden spoon until fully melted and has a smooth texture.
Separate the fudge mixture into however many bowls as you would like different color layers. If you just want 1 color then 1 bowl is fine. However, if you want 4 different colors separate into 4 different bowls, and so on.
Add a few drops of each food coloring to each bowl. Stir well until the colors are well mixed.
Layer each color into the 8×8 glass dish. Smooth out each layer with a rubber spatula.
Use a chopstick to swirl the colors around gently if you choose. You may skip this step if you would like the colors more defined.
Sprinkle the fun sprinkles over the fudge.
Place the fudge in the refrigerator to harden up. Allow it to chill for at least 6-12 hours until the fudge has completely hardened.
Slice the unicorn fudge into pieces. You may add more sprinkles if you so desire.
These little fudge pieces come out so cute! They are just adorable and perfect for Spring birthday parties or Easter brunch dessert. Give them a try and see if you like them better than the traditional chocolate fudge pieces.

3 (8 ounces) packages cream cheese, softened
¾ cup sugar
⅓ cup sour cream
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
3 Large eggs
10 ounces white chocolate
Grease and flour a 9-inch cake pan.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
In a large bowl, mix the sugar and softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add the sour cream, flour, vanilla, and salt.
Mix until well-combined.
Add the eggs and mix again.
Pour and scrape the cream cheese batter into the greased cake pan.
Bake the cake for 45-50 minutes, until golden brown on the top.
Cool for approximately 5-10 minutes.
Chill the cake in the fridge for 3-plus hours.
Scoop out the cheesecake into 1-1.5 inch round balls using a small ice cream scoop or melon baller.
Place the cheesecake balls on a tray covered with waxed paper.
Place a lollipop stick into the middle of each cheesecake ball.
Freeze the cheesecake balls in the freezer for approximately 30 minutes.
Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir every 15 seconds with a spoon. Microwave until the white chocolate melts and is smooth.
Dip the cheesecake balls into the melted chocolate. Twirl the cheesecake pop around to remove any dripping chocolate.
Chill the cheesecake pops into the fridge until the chocolate hardens.

Easy Pumpkin Pie
1 Box Pillsbury™ refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
1 can of pumpkin filling
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 pinch (less than 1/8 teaspoon) ground cloves
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Place 1 pie crust in ungreased 9-inch glass pie plate. Press firmly against side and bottom.
In large mixing bowl, mix filling ingredients
Whisk pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices and salt in medium bowl until smooth.
Spoon ingredient mixture into crust-lined pie plate.
Bake 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F and continue baking 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from crust comes out clean.
Cool before serving.
1 shortbread crust
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Nutella, plus more for garnish
2 – 8 oz. containers of Cool Whip
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Nutella until light and fluffy. Fold in one container of Cool Whip until fully combined.
Fill the pie crust with mixture and smooth out the top. Freeze for 1 hour to set.
Top with other Cool Whip container, then drizzle with Nutella.

Originally hailing from the South, I love BBQ! If it’s too hot in your kitchen this summer to cook, just use the slow cooker.
When you say Southern BBQ most people automatically think about pork. However, chicken can also make an awesomely delicious BBQ sandwich. The slow cooker is perfect for cooking BBQ, as the key cooking phrase of anyone versed in BBQ is “Low and Slow”, which is exactly what the slow cooker does.
Here is the recipe for cooking delicious slow cooker BBQ chicken, and also some dessert ideas.
4 Boneless/skinless chicken breast halves
1 (18 Ounce) bottle of BBQ sauce (I like Sweet Baby Ray’s or Stubbs, personally)
1/4 Cup white vinegar
1/4 Cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 Teaspoon red pepper flakes (if desired)
Whisk BBQ sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes together in a bowl until the sugar dissolves
Put chicken breast halves in a slow cooker.
Pour sauce mixture over the chicken.
Cook on Low for approximately 6 hours.
Shred the chicken breasts with 2 forks
Serve on buns
As for dessert my family always liked to pair an ambrosia with BBQ. Here is a quick and easy Pink Ambrosia recipe:
1 (8 ounce) can of fruit cocktail
Mix sweetened condensed milk, whipped topping, and vanilla extract together in a bowl
Fold cherry pie filling, pineapple, fruit cocktail, coconut, walnuts, and mini-marshmallows into the condensed milk mixture
Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight
Mix very well before serving
