New Item Favorites on DealDash

DealDash

Everyone knows about DealDash’s expensive new items such as cars and vacations, but what about the less-costly items? Here are a few of my favorite smaller items that are being offered.

It was really a huge breakthrough in the online “pay-to-bid” auction world when DealDash started offering cars, trucks, and vacations regularly. However, not everyone can afford to participate in those types of auctions. There are many people that love to bid that are on fixed incomes and only have a little bit of “fun money” to spend. Thankfully, there are plenty of auctions that everyone can enjoy. I have seen some of these items won for less than a dollar. Read on for some new and interesting products.

Fancy Pens in Beautiful Colors

DealDash

Personally, I am a big fan of fancy pens. I love how smoothly they write, and they are like little works of art that are useful as well. I have gotten one set of fancy pens for my husband from DealDash, but now they are offering fun colors, too! My favorite is the one in the picture above. I love purple! Teal, green, white, and orange are also offered. If you want to check them out, just click here.

Night Visibility Bottle

Another cool new product that DealDash is offering is a water bottle that helps you stay visible in the night time! This is the perfect water bottle for those of you who like to go running or biking at night. This is a special bottle, it’s the only BPA-free hydration accessory on the market that is designed to keep you safe and visible. They come in both black and white, and can be found at this link right here.

Beautiful Wine Carafe

Finally, the beautiful wine carafe in the picture above is now offered on DealDash. This carafe is beautiful and useful. It exposes your wine to maximum airflow as it is poured from a bottle through the modular sections of the carafe. This softens tannins rounding out texture and refreshes the wine. In short – your wine is going to taste amazing from this carafe! You can this carafe as well as some other selections at this link right here.

Easter is coming soon, and decorating eggs is a fun thing to do. Here are three ways to decorate eggs for the upcoming holiday.

Easter is a fun time of year for kids. They get to go on Easter egg hunts and get Easter baskets. One of the coolest things about Easter is decorating Easter eggs. Decorating Easter eggs is a common tradition that kids do every Easter. You don’t have to use basic colors for Easter eggs. There are a lot of cool ways to decorate an Easter egg. Here are 3 cool ways to decorate an Easter egg, from DealDash.

Tie Dye Eggs

Easter is all about bright and pastel colors. You can use markers to make tie-dye designs. The best markers are sharpies. They come in many different colors, and you can help your child put their creativity to good use by creating unique patterns.

Crayon Easter Eggs

Use Crayola crayons to decorate Easter eggs. All you have to do is boil the Easter egg then put the Crayola crayons on the Easter egg while it is hot. The Crayola crayons will melt when they touch the Easter egg and you are left with a cool design. This project is suited for older kids because of the hot egg. Younger kids can help sprinkle the crayons on the egg.

Make Colorful Easter Eggs

Let your kids show their creativity by giving them a variety of supplies such as sticker dots, masking tape, crayons, and paint to make colorful eggs. You don’t need any fancy supplies to decorate these Easter eggs. Add a little pizazz to your Easter eggs by making them colorful and bright.

DealDash Organization: New Year, New Kitchen

dealdash

New year, new kitchen! Get organized with these helpful hints from DealDash.

It is the New Year, and it is the perfect time to get organized. Organizing your home may seem like a chore, but it is important to have your house in order. The kitchen is one of the most important parts of your house that needs to be organized. You have to keep your house clean and in order to get the stuff that you need out of your kitchen. We all have to eat. Here are some tips to organize your kitchen, from DealDash.

Utilize Your Cabinets Properly

Your Cabinets is the perfect place to put all of your spices, cooking oils and other cooking ingredients. The best way to use your cabinets for storage is to have pull out drawers. Drawers will give you more space, and room to store your food. You can also get clear bins to store different foods such as rice, and pasta. You can also get racks that hook on the inside of your cabinets that hold pot and pan lids which can save a lot of space.

Have a Pantry

If you tend to snack a lot, having a pantry is a smart idea. To organize your pantry, you should look for different organizational products such as mason jars, or plastic containers. You can use mason jars to fill your cabinet up with foods such as pasta. All of these pantry organizational products are affordable and easy to find at any mass merchandise store. Having an “over-the-door” organizer can also be very helpful. Personally, that’s where I keep my cleaning supplies because it’s behind a closed door and too high up for my littlest child to get his hands on.

Save Space on Your Countertop

Kitchen countertops that do not have any clutter make your kitchen more pleasing to look at. Try to only keep your most used cooking items on the top of your counter. You should have a designated space for your other items that you do not use a lot. Saving space on your countertop will cause you to have less clutter.

Ideas to Save Money on Groceries from DealDash

DealDash

Saving money on groceries is a good idea for everyone! Here are some ideas to help you save on groceries, from DealDash.

This year is the year to save some money! One of the things that cost the most is groceries. Buying groceries for your kids can be a big challenge. Children tend to be picky eaters, and will only eat certain foods. Not to mention how much kids love snacks. A good way to start off your 2019 is to save more money on groceries. It is easier than you think. Just read these ideas from DealDash to get you started.

Go Grocery Shopping Twice a Month

The more you go to the grocery store, the more you will spend. Try to go grocery shopping twice a month. It may be hard to stick to that rule, but in the end, you will save a lot of money. It is important to make a list of the foods that you need and break them down into categories. When you create a list, you will have even more control over the money that you spend on food for your family.

Buy Generic Brands

Buying expensive brands can take up a lot of your money. It is best to buy generic brands when it comes to shopping for your kids. If the ingredients fit your standards, then there is no reason to spend a lot of money on expensive brands. You can buy generic snacks and food that will still have the same great taste.

Use Gift Cards from DealDash to Grocery Shop

One of the smartest things to bid on when using DealDash is gift cards! This is because if you don’t win the card you can receive all of your bids back when you buy the card for face value (with free shipping). This is called Buy It Now, or BIN. This way you won’t lose any money or bids. And you never know, you might win the gift card for a great price, therefore saving you money!

DealDash has gift cards for both Wal-Mart and Target, both of which have big grocery sections. You can get cereal, canned goods, rice, pasta, and more at both of these stores. If you have a Super Wal-Mart or Target, then you can also get refrigerated and frozen foods as well! Many times these foods are even cheaper than at your local supermarket, as well. Just click here to go to the Gift Cards category on DealDash.

Avoid Prepackaged Food

Eating fresh meat and produce will save you a lot of money on food for your family. It is okay to splurge a little on snacks, but prepackaged food can cost you a lot of money. Once your prepackaged food is gone you have to go shopping again. Cooking your food will last longer, and you will have leftovers. Avoiding prepackaged food will help you save a lot of money in the long run.

Save in 2019 With DealDash Financial Resolutions

DealDash

Keep an eye on your money in 2019. Use these helpful tips from DealDash to save money in the new year.

The New Year is here and it is time to gain financial control from all of the holiday spending. 2019 is the perfect time to save money, cut back on expenses, and live a more frugal lifestyle. It is good to have broad goals, but when it comes to finances you have to be specific. Here are 3 financial New Year’s resolutions, from DealDash.

Be Cautious of Where Your Money Goes

One of the biggest money problems people have is not knowing where their money goes. Money does not go on trees so it is best to figure out what you are doing with your money. Keeping track of your spending and expenses in a spreadsheet will help you save more money. Unnecessary purchases will put you in debt quickly. If you find yourself shopping a lot, try to create a budget for your extra spending. Knowing how you spend your money is the first step to financial freedom.

Save Money by Buying Essentials on DealDash

DealDash users have been very excited about the big new car and vacation auctions on DealDash. However, keep in mind that you can still get some great home essentials on DealDash. When you bid on an item for your home that you were planning on buying anyway you can sometimes win and get an amazing deal. Other times, when you don’t win, you can simply do a Buy It Now (BIN) on the item and receive all of your bids back to use again. This will save you money in the long run because you can keep recycling your bids over and over when doing a BIN.

There are two categories that you will want to check before shipping at a brick and mortar store. Explore the Home, Garden, and Tools category as well as the Kitchen and Dining category before buying full-price elsewhere.

Create an Emergency Fund

The New Year’s is the perfect time to build up an emergency fund. Try saving a percentage of your paycheck for emergencies. You should be prepared for medical emergencies, car problems and other situations that may come up. It is best to have at least 3 months of living expenses saved up for emergencies.

Make Extra Money

Where you tight on money last year? Having a side hustle can help you bring in more money for your family. There are plenty of ways to make extra money like doing some part-time work online or offline. Other options are to sell products online or at your local flea market. There are also websites that will pay you for your opinions such as survey sites and GPT (Get Paid To) sites. A little pocket change every now and then will go a long way.

Thanks for Reading

I hope these tips will give you some ideas on financial New Year’s resolutions. It is time for a new start, and to have financial freedom. When you use these tips, you will be financially smart in 2019.
